Not that knowing well in advance would make it easier, but at least I'd have lots of time to think it over before push came to shove, so to speak. It would depend on the situation, the people involved, the history of the relationship, and lots and lots of other variables. It has enough variables to make a good book, though. If my husband told me he wanted to be a woman, well, I wouldn't believe him in the first place. He likes being a man. I just asked him if he likes being a man. He said "Very much." He likes being a man with me as his woman. I can't even imagine him wanting to change, so I can't imagine how I would react, if that makes sense. That’s a tough one.
